The MPSSAA released it’s Roadmap for Return to Interscholastic Athletics which outlines the path for a return to interscholastic athletics this fall. It also added a COVID-19 updates page to its website. One of the announcements in this plan is a new physical exam form which includes a supplementary sheet for pre-participation COVID-19 related questions. All new physicals need to be completed using the linked form. If you have a physical prior to July 7, 2020, further information will be announced to account for the supplementary form.
